Problem Solved! Sediment Filter Works!

There are lots of sediments in our water where I stay.

This is the reason the Epic Pure Water Filter gets clogged really fast.

Talked to the support team at Epic and they suggested to use their sediment filter.

Installed the Epic Sediment Filter.

Problem solved.

I am now enjoying great tasting water courtesy of Epic Pure Water.

Also want to point out that the support team at Epic Filters is fantastic!

Super support team!!!

Thank you, Epic Filter.

Love the Company

Epic water has changed my water habits. I have an autistic son and a service dog and both are sensitive to taste and epic water has made it easy to get good tasting water at an affordable rate. I am a disabled veteran and live on a fixed income and epic water is fairly priced and they look out for their customers. I broke my last sediment filter, epic sent a replacement no problem, it got stuck in mail heaven and so they sent a second replacement. You really have to go with this company. They are amazing.

Sediment Filter Kit Saved Me

Saved me. I live in NYC in a pre-war building. We have cast iron pipes. The sediment from those pipes completely clogged my water filter which was very frustrating. After I installed my sediment filter kit it was no longer a problem. Thank you so much.

Peace of Mind

After our recent move to farm country, we wondered about what might be in our well water. Probably nothing nasty as it’s an artesian well, but who knows? Our pre-purchase water analysis was clean, but it didn’t test for many compounds associated with farming.

First thought was why spend money on a filtration system unless there’s something to filter? Let’s get a broad-spectrum water analysis first. Big surprise! A broad-spectrum water analysis costs around $700! And even it came back clean we’d have to repeat it yearly to maintain peace of mind

After some research we concluded an Epic Smart Shield & Sediment Filter was a much more cost-effective solution.

The Epic system was well packaged and solidly constructed.

Installation was straightforward but for one simple oversight; the heads of provided mounting screws were too large to fit through the clearance holes of the mounting bracket (which means the bracket must in place before installing the screws).

Not an issue if there’s plenty of clearance, but if you have a deep farmers sink intruding into the sink base, and no open areas to either side, driving the provided screws with the mount in place is virtually impossible. (Even a shorty screwdriver is much too long)

I didn’t have any appropriately sized Phillips screws so substituted small hexhead wood screws and a 1/4” ratchet (still a pain in the butt).

Fortunately, the plumbing part is super easy and probably took less than 5 minutes! (Pro tip; as noted in the…
